RG Skadberg founded CCSK Law with one goal: make legal planning easier to understand. His practice covers Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, and Medicaid planning. Above all, he helps Indiana families make informed decisions, without the legal jargon.

Known for his plain-English approach, RG helps clients understand their options. As a result, they build plans that fit real life.

As a business attorney, Isaac advises growing companies from $1M to $25M in size.

His focus includes ownership structure, contracts, acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. In addition, he serves as long-term outside general counsel, with a practical, strategy-focused approach.

Chris Ripley

Chris joined CCSK Law in 2020, bringing over 15 years of legal experience. Licensed in Indiana since 2007 and in Illinois since 2008, he serves clients throughout Northwest Indiana.

His practice covers long-term care planning, Estate Planning, Trusts, Guardianships, and civil litigation. Above all, he focuses on providing effective, understandable solutions to each client’s unique concerns.

Daniel Timm

Daniel Timm is a business and real estate attorney at CCSK Law. He works with owners, investors, and entrepreneurs on contracts, business structures, real estate deals, and growth strategies. In particular, he is known for practical, straightforward advice that helps clients understand their risks and opportunities.

Lindsey Camp

Lindsey has been with CCSK Law for 9 of its 10 years. As office manager and senior paralegal, she drafts documents and handles company registrations with the State of Indiana. She also manages payroll, bookkeeping, and time tracking for two of the firm’s attorneys.

In the morning hours, Lindsey is often the first point of contact for clients and prospects. Her long tenure means she knows how the firm runs and how to get answers quickly for callers.

Ann Skadberg

Ann is often the first voice clients hear when they call CCSK Law. As executive assistant, she answers phones, welcomes new prospects, and coordinates initial consultations. Her role is part logistics, part hospitality. Above all, she makes sure every person who reaches out feels heard and pointed toward the right attorney.

Kate Miller

Kate joined CCSK Law in 2024, working primarily with Chris Ripley on Elder Law, Litigation, and Probate matters. She also oversees Probate Administrations for RG Skadberg, coordinating the steps required to settle an Estate in Indiana. For clients navigating a Probate or contested matter, Kate is often their main point of contact. Her role is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
