You build your business relationships on expectations. You may have partners, members, contractors, vendors, joint ventures, clients or any other number of business relationships that might fail because you were not on the same page. Taken quite literally, that “same page” is your contract. Specifically, having a contract prevents disputes before they arise. And, in doing so, it lays out your expectations.
Here at CCSK Law, we provide guidance on confronting those expectations in a clear-cut manner. Furthermore, we transcribe your relationship into an easily understandable agreement. So, even if you already have a working relationship, we will do our best to simply reflect your current arrangement onto a document that is customized to your business. In any case, we will help you identify possible issues so you know that your relationship is built on a solid foundation. As a result, we offer services for:
Partnership & Operating Agreements
Property Management Agreements
Joint Venture or Alliance Agreements
Independent Contractor Agreements
Purchase and Service Agreements
Arbitration & Mediation Contracts
Contract Writing & Review

Reviewing your Contract
Have you been presented with a contract that you don’t understand? If so, do not sign anything without feeling confident about what you are signing. For $50 per page, we review documents, suggest revisions, and provide a consultation to answer questions and concerns. Avoid the headache and drastic litigation costs; upload your document to request a Contract Review.
$50 per page is based on a Times New Roman font, size 12, single-spaced, 1″ margins, on 8.5″ x 11″ paper. So please upload your document in a format that we may edit. However, uploading a document is an offer for us to review that document, which we retain the right to deny under any circumstances. Therefore, do not upload documents that pertain to illegal or obscene activities, that are governed by laws other than Indiana, or that are otherwise impermissible for us to review. In addition, uploading your document or submitting your information does not create an attorney-client relationship until we have sent you a representation agreement to be signed. In addition, to speak with us, please call (219) 230-3600 or fill out the contact form on the page.
