Law – Simplified – For You

You participate in CCSK Law Information Events. Most events provide extensive time for participants to ask general questions about legal issues.

We provide you the opportunity to learn about specific areas of the law or general legal information. The event descriptions below specify the topic(s) for each event. Some events may be limited to “invitation only” or specific group, as referenced in the description.

If you are part of a group – a women’s club, study group, education provider, or family reunion – feel free to contact us. We would be happy to custom craft a session for your group. Email RG@CCSKLaw.com or call (219) 200-3902.

“What Happens to the Kids?”

February 15, 6:30pm
Misbeehavin Meads, Downtown Valparaiso

Thanks to Dr. Phil and the Hallmark Channel, parents – especially young moms – are occasionally startled into a panicked state or sleepless nights worried about:

– “What happens to our child(ren) if we both were killed in an accident?”
– “How do I keep my kids from becoming Wards of the State?”
– “Who would be in charge of raising my kids – my sister, parents, his parents, his brother, etc.?”

With this workshop, we’ll cut through the mis-information and confusion. We will give you the opportunity to provide a clear plan to help you stay in charge, even if something tragic happened.

We will address questions, relieve worry, talk about options, and discuss costs for the package that fits for you. The workshop is free, but space is limited.

Sign up on the Parents’ Event Page or Call (219) 200-3902 to reserve your space.
